Seraphim investments is an investment platform where the power of influence meets the power of capital.

We facilitate investors to invest into start-up companies that have brands and products that will be faced and promoted by a Hong Kong celebrity. 

Investment opportunities are rigorously vetted by a board comprised of some of Hong Kong’s best market experts, as well as high profile businesspeople, accountants, lawyers. 

Investments are structured as an SPV that in turn has a stake in the start-up company. Investors are provided with all the materials needed for the decision process including relevant business intelligence and due diligence documents. 

Seraphim investments and the celebrity also own stakes in the start-up company – so everyone has a common interest in seeing the business succeed. A clear business strategy will be put in place at the outset, including the short-, mid- and long-term objectives for dividends and/or exit.

As the SPV sponsor, Seraphim investments makes money on the SPV admin fee (5% upfront)

Seraphim investments also runs the day-to-day operations of each start-up company, working on the sourcing, manufacturing and marketing needed to bring brands and products sucessfully to market. 

A non-executive committee of high profile businesspeople, accountants, lawyers will provide oversight on aspects including corporate governance, financial management and staff remuneration.

There will be an experienced executive management team that drives the execution at the company.

In-house staff teams of product developers, marketing specialists and creative content makers will work on the daily execution.

As a stakeholder of each start-up company, Seraphim Investments also makes money from the dividends and any future exit.
